I am a certified performance coach, trained at one of the most rigorous and holistic coaching schools in the United States.

I continually expand my knowledge through new methods, ongoing self-work, introspection, and practice.

Everything I teach or coach, I have first lived myself. For over 20 years, I have been studying human behavior in the most practical way: as an actress on stage. I explored what it means to put on masks and take them off and the profound relief of touching my own authenticity. This inquiry led to my master’s thesis Alchemy of Acting, where I studied the difference between “being” and “doing” and went deeper into what authenticity and presence truly mean.

My path has been full of ups and downs, from anxiety to inner peace, from exhaustion to energy, from chaos to clarity.

In my youth I studied Greek philosophers, graduated high school in the U.S., and enrolled in the Academy for Theatre, Radio, Film, and Television in my native country, Slovenia. I hosted TV shows, moderated ceremonies, attended countless courses, and built my career as an actress at the Slovenian National Theatre in Maribor, where I still perform today. I’ve lived in northern Norway, traveled on spiritual journeys through Tibet, Nepal, and India, backpacked the world, served on supervisory boards, taught yoga and meditation, devoted myself to healthy living, guided groups into authenticity, held space for trauma, explored relationships, became a pilot, and co-founded the company Papa Juliett Aviation Art.

The red thread through it all? I have always been searching for the most optimal ways to express myself in life.

How I Became a Coach

I always felt there was something more. And that I was the one standing between myself and that “more.”

After years of exploring my past and my patterns, I realized I wanted to help others rise to new levels in life and learn how to communicate more fully with the life they’ve been given.

Coaching called me over a decade ago. And when I stepped into this path, everything clicked.

Today I coach from integration, combining depth and practicality. People often tell me: “Wow, you really go deep.”And yes, I do. But I’m also pragmatic, because I know that theory without real movement doesn’t count.
