Laughter Yoga

When the heart starts breathing through playfulness,
lightness, and laughter.

I lead laughter yoga as events in yoga studios, for team buildings, social gatherings, or any occasion where you simply want to bring some healthy joy, open up, and remember how precious that childlike playfulness still living inside us really is.

My path took me through India, Nepal, and Tibet... Thousands of steps, meditations, and teachings.
And in the end, my heart landed where the simplest wisdom begins - in laughter.

I got my education directly from Laughter Yoga founder, dr. Madan Kataria in Bangalore (India) and have official Teacher Training status.

Why Laughter Yoga?
